This notice explains what personal data ARFELICE SRL (“ARFELICE”, “we”, “us”) collects through arfelice.com, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect, and why

• Enquiries. If you use the form or email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you and to discuss the work. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. If a suitable opportunity is not available yet, we may keep your details to contact you when one arises, for example a future project or a role at the studio. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in staying in touch with people who have shown interest in working with us or for us.
• Analytics, only if you allow it. If you click “Allow” on the banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• Choices stored on your device. The site saves your theme choice and your consent choice in your browser’s local storage. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for arfelice.com.
• Web3Forms — relays what you type into the enquiry form to our inbox.
• Google Analytics — only if you click “Allow”. Until then, this site sends nothing to Google’s analytics service.
• Google Workspace — our email provider, which stores the enquiries and replies we exchange.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that applies, the transfer relies on the safeguards the provider offers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and correspondence: kept only as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, as long as accounting and tax law require. If you have shown interest in working with us, or in joining the studio, we may also keep your message and contact details for as long as a suitable opportunity remains realistic, so we can get back in touch, and in any case no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless you agree to a longer period. We delete them once that is no longer the case, or earlier if you ask us to.
• Analytics data (only if you allow it): detailed event data is kept for 2 months, and user-level identifiers for up to 14 months, renewed if you visit again.
• Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@arfelice.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

To change your analytics choice, clear this site’s data in your browser (its local storage and cookies); the banner will then appear again. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
